Is the whole venue private or just certain areas?
The attractions — laser tag, trampoline park, and Ballocity — are locked to your group for your booked session. The arcade is open to all guests, which extends the fun naturally after the party at no extra cost.
Do parents really play for free? No catch?
No catch. Parents join private laser tag and Ballocity at zero extra charge — no tickets, no wristband fees, no adult participation surcharge. Adult food and beer/wine are available to purchase separately.
What if we have more than 10 kids?
No problem. Additional guests are $39.95–$49.95 per child depending on the package. We call 3–5 days before to confirm headcount and lock in food. No surprises on the day
What does the full 2.5 hours look like?
Arrive 15 minutes early, your host gets you set up. Private attractions for your group. Then private party room for food, cake, and gifts (45 or 90 min depending on package). After that, kids head to the arcade with their game cards for as long as families want.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes — bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes. We provide candles and basic paper goods. No other outside food beyond cake, please.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekend dates fill 4–6 weeks out, especially spring through fall. Book online or call (516) 342-1330 — we’re happy to walk you through it.
What does the dedicated host actually do?
Everything. Greets you at check-in, manages attraction timing, sets up the party room, brings the food, handles the cake moment, and checks in throughout. You don’t coordinate a single thing.
